Service & Pricing
Cancellation Policy
The total cost for a microsuction ear-wax removal is €65. This includes a €30 booking deposit and a €35 treatment balance. The €30 deposit covers the initial clinical assessment and booking. If no wax is found or removal is not clinically appropriate, the €30 covers the assessment and no further balance is charged.
We recommend booking your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of €15 will apply to the €30 booking deposit. This fee helps us manage our clinic resources and maintain a high standard of care for all patients.
Booking Process
Booking is completed online via our website. Upon payment of the €30 deposit, you will receive an instant confirmation email. Please ensure your contact details are up to date to receive our appointment confirmation and any necessary pre-appointment advice.
General Terms
We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time. By booking an appointment, you agree to the current terms. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
